Where It Begins
Every project begins with a conversation. It’s an opportunity to understand your vision, your expectations, and whether our approach is the right fit.
From there, we typically meet with you on-site to gather the information needed for the build or renovation. We discuss design direction, building style, conceptual drawings, budget considerations, and the anticipated construction timeline, while also answering any questions you may have.
For custom homes, we also look closely at the site itself, including access, landscape and topography, positioning of the home, views, privacy, and any local building restrictions.

Completion And Handover
Completion is the result of every stage being carried through properly from the beginning.
Before the home is handed over, each detail is reviewed, refined, and resolved. The home is professionally cleaned prior to the final walk-through, and we provide a hands-on demonstration along with a detailed homeowner’s manual so you feel fully familiar with its features and systems.

A Process That Stays Consistent
We take on a limited number of projects each year so that every stage of the process can be managed with care and direct involvement.
There are no gaps between phases and no disconnect between what is planned and what is built. Each home is carried through with the same level of attention from start to finish
